Online Submission Portal
We use a secure and user-friendly online submission system to manage manuscript submissions, peer review, and editorial workflows. Authors are required to submit their manuscripts electronically through our portal, which ensures efficient processing and transparency at every stage.
How to Submit Your Manuscript
- Register or Log In
- New Users:
Authors who are submitting for the first time must create an account on the journal’s online submission platform by providing the following details: - Full name
- Email address
- Institutional affiliation
- ORCID iD (optional)
- Returning Users:
Registered users can log in using their existing username and password.

- Prepare Your Submission
Before uploading your manuscript, ensure that it fully complies with the LASUJMNS Author Guidelines, including formatting, structure, and ethical requirements.
Authors should have the following files ready:
- Main Manuscript
- Anonymous version (no author-identifying information)
- Microsoft Word (.docx) format
- Title Page
- Full author names
- Institutional affiliations
- Email addresses
- Corresponding author clearly indicated
- Cover Letter (recommended)
- Brief description of the manuscript
- Statement of originality and exclusive submission
- Figures and Tables (if applicable)
- Clearly labeled and properly formatted
- Supplementary Materials (if applicable)
- Appendices, instruments, or additional data files
- Submit Your Manuscript
- Select the appropriate article type (e.g., Research Article, Review Article, Short Communication).
- Enter all required manuscript metadata, including:
- Title
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Author details
- Upload all required files in the correct format.
- Suggest potential reviewers (optional).
- Review submission details and confirm submission.
- Track Your Submission
- Upon successful submission, authors will receive a confirmation email containing a unique manuscript ID.
- Authors may log in to the submission portal at any time to track the status of their manuscript (e.g., Under Review, Revision Required, Accepted).
Peer Review Process
· All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, unless otherwise stated.
· Reviewers are selected based on subject-matter expertise and academic experience.
· Authors can expect constructive and objective feedback.
· The average time from submission to first editorial decision is 6–8 weeks.

Instructions for Offline Manuscript Submission
1. Preparing Your Manuscript
Before submission, authors should ensure that:
· The manuscript strictly follows the LASUJMNS Author Guidelines.
· All required sections (abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, references) are included.
· The manuscript is free from plagiarism and complies with ethical guidelines.
· The main manuscript is anonymized for double-blind peer review.
2. Required Documents
Authors must submit the following documents:
- Cover Letter
- Manuscript title
- Author names and affiliations
- Confirmation of originality and exclusive submission
- Disclosure of conflicts of interest (if any)
- Manuscript File
- Complete anonymized manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx) format
- Tables and Figures (if applicable)
- Embedded within the manuscript and clearly labeled
- Supplementary Materials (if any)
- Appendices, instruments, or supporting materials

Package Contents
Authors choosing postal submission should include the following:
- A printed copy of the manuscript (if specifically required)
- A signed cover letter
- A CD or USB drive containing the electronic version of the manuscript and any supplementary files (if applicable)

4. After Submission
- Acknowledgement:
Authors will receive an acknowledgment of receipt via email. - Peer Review:
Manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review, with editorial feedback typically provided within 6–8 weeks. - Revisions:
Where revisions are required, authors must respond carefully to reviewer comments.
