Last mile delivery in Nigeria is based on the final or concluding movement of goods purchased from the producers and its delivery to the consumers who are the end users. This study investigated the last mile supply chain of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs) among micro retail outlets in Alimosho Local Government Area based on its population and status as a dormitory city. It adopted the use of researcher observation, interviews, and questionnaires for data collection and selected a total of 100 respondents using a stratified convenient sampling technique. The FMCGs were categorized into subsections for the purpose of the study and collated data were interpreted using SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and descriptive statistics techniques to show patterns, volume, and statistically significant relationships between objectives. The study analyzed FMCGs to determine the commonly sold items. Replenishment varied across subsections, resulting in multiple procurement strategies and innovative delivery methods. Solutions to encountered challenges were tailored specifically to suppliers and retailers.
