SCOPE
LASU-Journal of Environmental Sciences is a multidisciplinary peer-reviewed journal that accepts original articles covering areas including but not limited to Architecture, Building, Environmental Management, Estate Management, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Quantity Surveying, Survey and Geo-informatics, Urban and Regional Planning, and any other relevant disciplines.
Article Types
The journal welcomes articles featuring empirical/case studies, methodological, conceptual as well as theoretical reviews.

PUBLICATION FEES
Completed papers should be submitted with the evidence of a non-refundable manuscript review fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only.
If paper is accepted after a double-blind peer review, and meeting all resonance editorial requirements, author(s) will be required to pay a publication fee of Twenty Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) only.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION
All submissions should be recieved on or before 31st December, 2026.

GUIDELINES FOR MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts in English Language using Microsoft Word (MS). The manuscript should be typeset using Time New Roman font, font size 12, double line spacing. Paper should not be more than 8000 words excluding references. The Abstract (not more than 250 words) should be typed single spaced. Four to five (4-5) Keywords should be provided.
Manuscripts should be prepared under the following headings:
Title page, Paper Title, Author(s) details [Name(s) and affiliation(s), including emails of all authors, the 16-digit ORCID of the authors if available with the corresponding author clearly indicated], Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results/Findings, Conclusion, References.
Tables and Figures
All tables and figures are to be included in the body and numbered using Arabic numerals and should be cited in text in consecutive numerical order. For each table and figure, a caption (title) explaining the components should be supplied. The table function should be used not spreadsheets. All formulas should be provided using equation editor. A minimum of 300 dpi should be used as resolution for all images. All tables and Figures design should follow the APA 7th edition.
Citation and References should be in APA 7th edition

All submissions should be accompanied by a cover letter which should include: the aim of the paper, the key findings, the significance of the paper, the contributions of each author for more than one author.
