 India-US relations have been amicable since their inception, but it's important to acknowledge America's historical inclination to assert dominance over economically and politically developing countries, India included. However, in the post-Cold War era, India pursued a path of self-reliance, leading to increased engagement with the US across various areas. The two countries bolstered their mutual strategic partnership in multiple areas of cooperation, emphasizing development and achieving new milestones. As India's economic prowess grew, it strategically explored new pathways for growth between the two nations, aiming to set a global example of partnership in the 21st century.
